Default Power Loss

Finished installing an AEM Intake, FM throttle body, manual boost controller and FM downpipe on my otherwise stock MSM. Mileage is low at 45K.
Boost is set at 10.
Now getting power loss at 5500 RPM in 5th and 6th gear at full throttle, anyone have the same issue and maybe a solution?
Not keen on on the FM signal modifier, don't want to cut into the wiring at the ECU.

Don't quite understand how it would be boost cut as I had all the other parts installed except the downpipe and wasn't having this issue, boost controller was set at 10 before the downpipe install as well.
After the downpipe, the power loss started.

Boost cut would make sense if it happened right after you installed the downpipe. There is now less restriction, increasing the chance for boost creep.

Free-flowing downpipes increase boost levels through boost creep...

Port wastegate outlet on compressor housing.

Re-install stock downpipe.

Install standalone ECU and appropriately-sized injectors and enjoy your newfound power and drivability everywhere.

Take your pick!
