I am putting a 6 speed in my 99, the reverse sensor connector looks identical on the 99 5 speed so I don't have to mess with that right? I already swapped the speed sensor but my main questions about the neutral sensor.

I now realize that the sensor on the 6 spd I bought has a wire a pulled out of the neutral sensor :( I don't think the 5 speed sensor swaps over, I know the reverse doesn't. From searching it looks like stock ecus throw a cel but will megasquirt care if I leave it unplugged?
