Your post look a lot like mine did I'm just a few months ago. Here's my advice,go read all of the sticky threads,they contain lots of good information that you're going to need and they're easy to sort through. After that start doing some searches in the advanced search area and just throw out some key words and see what you get. None of this will happen in one or two or even 5 hours, it's going to take 10 20 30 40 hours of reading.probably a lot more than that once you start getting sucked into some of the threads that has little to do with what you're actually looking for.

It might be sold I'll ask. But I thought a bp4w head was 99-00 why does he say it's 2005 msm bp4w. Is it's vvt

Oh yea, here's where it gets weird. Mazdaspeed miata didn't have vvt, they retained the 99-00 head but had different coil system similar to vvt head. Depending on your choice of coils, you can use either valve cover. I have two 99-00 covers if you need one
