Default Can I use my mspnp(1.6L) with a 99 motor?

Hello,

I am going to be picking up a 1.8L motor soon to swap into my 1990. I have a mspnp and know that I can use a 1.8 from 94-97.

The 99-2000 head is optimal for airflow and turbocharging but the cas sensor is in a different location. Is that cas sensor compatible with my mspnp if i extend the harness?

Also should i use the intake manifold from a 94-97 and the fuel rail.

Thanks for your help.

The PNP should work fine. I'm pretty sure you want to use the CAS from your 90. Just extend the wire and connect it to the back of the '99 head where it would be on the 94-97 motors. Essentially you want to carry your '90 sensors over to the '99 motor. Hopefully someone else can confirm that just to be certain that I'm right.

You'll have to use an NA CAS

^^This is correct. It's no different really than NA8.
