Default Boost leak at injector insulators

I dod a boost leak test yesterday and holy cow, it was so bad I could only get 3 psi to hold. I found that all my injector insulators were pissing worst was#1. I had taken them out and looked at all of them but they all seem fine. I have 305cc injectors.

Clean up the spots where they go and buy new ones. I think you can get all the seals at orielly for like 16 or 17 bux.

I am in Canada and all we have is napa, thats seems shitty comparied to the US napa. I took out the spacers on the fuel rail to intake manifold to get it alittle tighter. I am doing a leak test now, I will let you know.

thats what I did, the local napa wanted $12 per rebuild kit. I am a plumber so I have lots of different o-rings. I put a big one between the manifold and insulator and one small one that fits great between the injector and insulator.

With all the boost leaks I found my poor turbo would have been way out of its efficentcy range. I will probibly run out of fuel with only 305 at 12psi.
