Dyno queens?

CEO maybe? EDIT: Not really a dyno queen. He races this thing a lot and actually loses.

There is a fundamental issue with this dyno output. Since HP = (TQ*RPM)/5250, TQ and HP HAVE to cross at 5250 rpms. On this dyno chart TQ and HP are crossing at 7750 which means that at least the X scale is off.

The guy that owns the car lives just a few mile from my house. I met him recently. He claims that the car indeed makes 817 hp, and I questioned him if it was a typo. He may be bullshiting me. He says that the car's best pass was in the 7's at Bradenton Motorsports Park. He showed me a timeslip.
I hope to verify it when I go see the car. We talked about taking it to the track, but we will see if it ever really happens. He has not driven the car in over 2 years.

Megacycle will make cams-they weld material on the cam then grind it down and nitride the faces. I think they can make longer duration higher lift if you want. When I talked to them they said they might have some new blanks instead of modifying the stock cams but it wouldnt be for a few months
Maruha and I think Tomei both make VVT intake cams as well. the maruha cam has a different base circle so you have to use their SUB lifters which are like $500. I don't know about Tomei but all the rest of their stuff is stupid expensive so I assume their cams would be too.
they are not really aggressive cams either 256-262 or something duration, a little higher lift

The car was not built by Flyin Miata. It was built by a guy in South Florida. They did use a FM stroker kit to build the motor.
