Default COPs... Question about tach

hey yall, just wondering, if i use COPs, will i lose my tach signal? i'm looking at the box that was supplied to me and it looks like it's missing the "tach sig" wire. unless i'm reading something wrong....
any ideas?
i know it's a PNP kit made by one of the members here... can't rem the name.

What year is your car?

If it's a '95.5 or later, the tach signal comes from the ECU so you've no worries.

If it's a '90-'93, the tach signal is a yellow/blue wire coming from the igniter, and there's a black/white wire that needs signal as well in order not to throw a CEL.

For '94-'95.5, the tach signal is a black/white wire coming from both coil connectors.

So, which of these describes your car? (Hint: put the year of your car in your sig.)

oh, i had the year posted under my profile. it asks "year model of your vehicle". i figure it'd show up... lol.
it's a '91.
so how'd i go bout this? the kit he made is all heat shrank and wire loomed... i'd hate to have to cut stuff. althoug it WAS made for a '90-93 as it is based on the igniter module. have you seen his thread?
Savigton... care to chip in and clarify? i've got 2 replies, to opposites. lol.
