Don't be sorry, just know that we really are a helpful bunch, but we typically won't spoon feed you. The information is easy to find because it has been asked so many times it has really become ridiculous. That's why you get the responses you see here. It was obvious that none of it was personal. We get worn out with the same handful of questions asked by people who have never really looked for the answers themselves.

And it is always within their first six posts.

Good luck with your build (if you have one). I didn't catch your post in the "Meet and Greet" section yet to know what you are building and what your goals are yet. Add your location to your details under your name so that if someone is local to you, they might be able to help with spare parts like valve covers. Somebody may have an extra one sitting.

The crank angle sensor is on the wrong side. B6 is on the intake and BP is on the exhaust.

you can use a b6t or b6de from a mercury capri 323 gtx, its very similar in style to the bpt valve cover but will fit your b6

Then there is the pesky issue of one engine being longer than the other...

We should do a newb experiment. All subscribers are emailed or PM'd the user name of one or two newbs who perhaps just bought a turbo miata. For those two users, we do nothing but spoon feed them with their questions, and we see if this mean-ish "shut up and search" approach actually works. Could be fun but if they look at any other threads they could catch on pretty quick.

Hey sometimes that's important. I have this shaved and chromed valve cover on my 96 integra 4 door with a b18b (very shiny engine bay). I went to a b20b and the valve cover fit perfectly. I was happy

And the bore spacing being different. Position of CAS is good for identification, though.

I chromed your girlfriend's shaved and polished vagina with my jizz, and then I realized that I also fit perfectly in her sister.
