Default I'm pu*sing out.

With turning 30 yesterday (thanks ****) came some wisdom. I can no longer drive without a/c. So I have to put it back in or get another car to drive. Putting a/c back in the Miata would be cheaper and Id still get to drive the Miata. The only problem is that I can't run a/c with my current manifold.

So throw me some ideas. I'm not going to go with any Begi or Fm off the shelf stuff. I need ideas on something a/c compatible but wont kill my power and spool numbers too much.

Greddy?

Seriously though- I'll bet if you spoke with Corky or Tim that they could come up with something that'll fit the bill.

I cant even make fun at this point. I knew this was going to happen. It just gets unbearably hotter here every year.

Dude no joke, it's been over 100 everyday with the heat index for like the last two weeks. Even the actual temp has been 5-6* higher than the normal. And were only in the beginning of June.

I'm kind of on the same boat. I have no softtop, hardtop only. I also have no A/C. I don't mind having no soft top, but sometimes I feel the need for A/C, especially when my fiancé is in the car and bitching about it. The problem is, I sold all my a/c parts, so there's no turning back for me.

I'm pretty sure everyone on the east coast hates life during summer, regardless of how far north we are, we all suffer with 80-90% humidity 80-100°F spring afternoons.

Seriously, anyone who hasn't experienced summer south of the Mason/Dixon line can kick rocks. 2 summers ago I was driving an '89 190E with no A/C and fake MB leather seats...I nearly died. Nothing like showing up to work at 8 AM with the back of your shirt soaked with sweat.

I've lived here my whole life and I always ride with the windows down in summer wearing pants and boots. But then again I'm not a few days away from a mid-life crisis like some people either

Our summers last like 5-6 months, and its not only the temperature that makes it hot its the sun also. Let me know when you have extreme UV index up there.

It works to get fresh air down to ur legs. Hopefully the triangle windows get more of the torso.
