Default my motor is leaking

i noticed a small leak in two spots. the first one is coming from the rear main area. i did replace the old one but my guess is that the pan could be leaking or i fucked up the install. another leak i noticed is above the oil sender, looks like the it could be leaking from the head gasket. its very small but i am now in the market for a shortblock/ or just try to get a built engine in there.

i dont plan on getting rid of my car so im trying to rationalize getting a built motor to have a reliable car and 250whp -300 if i choose.

The one from the headgasket area is a coolant leak right?
Because the Miata I recently bought has LITERALLY the same 2 problems.

Pulled the motor last week and will be replacing both rear main and headgasket. Welcome to the club lol

BTW: if your question is "should I patch up stock sb or build a forged internals sb the answer is always: BUILD!! Why? Because MOAR BOOST

Ive been looking at my options and tse built lb keeps gaining more interest. I figured i could get a couple hundred for my 99 lb mainly because the head. It seems to be the least hassle at a reasonable price. If i sourced parts and tried to find a legit builder around here i would still be paranoid about my motor at higher hp levels.
