Default 96 1.8 no spark/fuel Help

Hey guys so i bought a 96 that needed a motor. Long story short i just got a replacement in and hooked up but i have no spark or fuel in the cylinder. I do have fuel at the rail though and the pump is working. I also have power at both coils and the cas. The cel is on when i turn the key on so from what i read that rules out the maf. I've checked all the grounds also and everything is plugged in. Seems like it's coming down to the cas. How do i test it? I read they are different from the 1.6 units but all i see is the case looks to be different. Can i swap the guts from a 1.6 unit in it? Any helps appreciated guys. Also just scanned it and all i got as p0115 for engine coolant sensor which isnt plugged in anyways

I have an extra CAS for sale if that end up being your issue and an extra MAF sensor and an extra ECU, and extra coils.

As far as troubleshooting, im no help.

Turned out to be the cas, And no the cas are not the same from 90-97. They have the same internals and can be switched but the outer casing is different from 1.8-1.6
