Piston talk.
I have a 1.6 Miata with a gt2560r turbo pushing around 12-15psi built head forged pistons. Fm link.
Now close to a week ago I was doing a few pulls and ended up melting a spark plug. Went home took the head off to see the damage and ended up chipping my piston and the walls are pretty scratch up on cylinder 3.
Now i I have a motor I'm building on the side but that won't be done until this summer. So my plan was to buy a block and new pistons but I have wisco pistons and really don't want to spend 500$ on a new set. I were looking at these https://thmotorsports.com/i-252768.aspx?utm_source=GoogleShopping&utm_medium=C SE&utm_content=252768NOFITMENT&utm_campaign=Google ShoppingSeanNOFITMENT&gclid=CjwKEAiA6YDBBRDwtpTQnY zx5lASJAC57ObMel2XgRkCght0TYnJ2MIhlcOUsK7mcLnDmze1 KpxGHhoCnibw_wcB
my main question is will these hold up? Also why do they look different from the pistons I have? Might sound like a amateur. They are cheaper than wisco and I'm just looking to get the car running before the summer.
Might sound stupid but someone said just use the 3 pistons and rods I have that are good and just buy one piston and that'll work out but I hear down falls about that.

The rest is an ancient secret. Thai Ming.
I'd definitely have the injectors cleaned and flow tested while rebuilding the engine in case one is a little low on flow. That could cause it.
