...first, I just want to ask if there is a more detailed article about the exhaust/intake cam swap besides the DIYmiata site, and my main question is... is it worth it?

I just listed my 94' head for sale, and I came across someone mentioning this tweak. I need to change my timing belt and so I was wondering should I bother trying this while im in there, I have everything needed.

I didnt do a long search on this site, since I am supposed to be working...
