Default Fuel pump direct wiring

I'm trying to figure out why my fuel pump won't turn on, process of elimination. my car is a '97, I want to unplug the fuel pump connector and apply direct battery power to make sure it is the relay and not the pump itself causing the problem. The connector has 4 wires; one black, one yellow, one red/blue and one blue/black. I figured the solid black was ground and the yellow was switched 12v, and either I was wrong or my fuel pump is indeed bad. Any assistance is much appreciated

Never mind, turns out black/blue and black are ground, yellow is ecu output and blue/red is 12v switched. Finally got the car started!
