Default Engine running rough

Hey guys, I had to fix a stuck oil pressure relief valve so the timing belt and such had to be removed and put back on. At first I had it a tooth off but I fixed it and my car now has a solid miss throughout the rev band. Also my map reading at idle is unusually high, at around 50kpa. I looked around for vacuum leaks and such but couldn't find any. Even though I'm almost positive that my cam timing is right, would being a tooth off cause a high map at idle? Also attached is my msq and log.

Here are the timing marks with the crank positioned correctly. Looks right to me. If the timing is right then I'm leaning toward an injector possibly being faulty.
