No. And the ***** are dicking me around on it. I paid extra for one with an american shipping location too. They seem to think my upper board is defective and they're making me replace it. If they dont refund me some money for the hassle they're going to get negative feedback. The *****. If they'd have just given me a return label 2 weeks ago like I asked I'd have gotten a new replacement already.

Sounds like it was dead on arrival so why would you pay for anything? They should ship you a new unit. Did you get it from the guy I linked? He was one of the few that offered a year warrantee.
Outside of the warrantee if the thing never worked when delivered and they refuse to replace or fix it free of cost, you can place a Ebay claim. They have gotten much better at handling issues the last few years.

That's not from the usaprovidersinc seller that I got mine from. I remember being willing to pay him $20-30 more since he was the only one that answered any questions before the sale and offered a proper 1 year warrantee.

I have tracking on the board, its on a plane over the pacific right now. I'll probably get it wednesday. Tomorrow is the first day I can get the ebay staff involved and at this point if it does come wednesdayish that would be faster than ordering another one. But if they dont give me like 50 bucks off they're still going to get negative feedback for dragging this out like 3 ******* weeks and making me do the warranty work. ******* I could have saved $50 and ordered with a chinese warehouse and had it already. The fitting on the regulator also leaks so I'm at least going to squeeze them for the $6 it costs to get one locally.

It looks like a bunch of boards with some huge caps and its all sloppy and **** with how the wires and air hose are run. The air hose is kind of pinched and a lot of the wires mate with molex connectors. The ones that dont use ring terminals that are too large for the studs they're on so the nuts hardly hole them on. The boards are surface mount, but kind of sloppy on some joints.

if it's like ours, it's a 1/8 bspt. we needed an adapter to go to 1/8 npt. we're getting another one for the (inside the cabinet) back side of the gauge on the front. couldn't source it locally.

Yes, I got a new one from USAproviders and its amazing. I dont know how I lived without it. Its faster even on small jobs to take it off the shelf, set it and my little compressor up and make like a 1 inch cut than it is to **** around with the already setup cutoff wheel. And this one has a real torch like thing. Only issue I've found so far is that I had to take the wheels off my circle jig so that I could get the torch close enough to the metal to start an arc, it doesnt want to start unless you scratch start. I also seem to get static shocks when touching the ground clamp, so I guess I actually do need to ground the case like it says maybe.

Aidan, I have the fixed 220V CUT50 from USAproviders (same vendor linked above) and have been using it for 18 months now with no issues. It is even cheaper now and for that price you can afford not to do it. Like leafy said, it is awesome to use and makes you wonder why you cut metal any other way before!
Leafy, how well does yours cut on 110V? I would only be cutting thinner gauge like 14ga or thinner with a 110V unit, but have no idea how these machines do on 110V. My 220V unit will cut 1/4" all day long. Takes a few more passes to cut 3/8" and above. I could only sever cut up to 3/4" and it wasnt pretty, but no worse than you would get with a torch.
