its not so bad for water temp...but I feel ya broly.

I wish I could find an electric, full-sweep gauge that matches the stock instrumentation for water temp.

That was my thought too.

They do look nice, for the whole reason I love analog guages: simplicity. Here it's almost too much. Almost to the point you would have to look harder to get the information. And I like to know how fast I'm going.

If there's a matching watch though consider 'em sold.

That does look like something Steve McQueen would've worn.

But since you wouldn't know what a real man is until he knocked you out I'm sure you're googling that right now.

Steve McQueen and particularly Paul Newman were men, we are boys.

I got tired of my Autometer boost gauges being inaccurate after a year of use, so I tried GlowShift which failed miserably, ended up going to AutoZone and paying $40 for a black faced Sunpro boost gauge. It works like a champ, I was actually running 2psi more than I thought I was.. (19psi, not 17psi.. lol)

Thats a different style gauge, but I say go for it. I probably wouldn't mess around with their electric gauges though.

I have a gauge delimma. I hate the begi boost gauge, like my greddy oil temp but its orange, I have a greddy egt that's orange, and I need a water temp gauge. I want the greddy one, but its expensive and orange.

Can I convert to orange dash lights? I'm about to pull the cluster to pull the airbag bulb, put in the water temp gauge, and replace the speedo cable, so I minus whale change the lights out too. This is a clubroadster question.

Hustler,Omori Meters makes the gauges for Greddy, you can pretty much get whatever color you choose to have them light up in,I'm pretty sure you can get different colored bulbs from them to replace your orange bulbs.

thanks for the heads-up. Now I'm going to remain calm, and chill, because I paid a total of $130 over what I should have paid if I had just purchased omoris from the start. Now I get to read **** in ******* celcius, with orange lighting. Wow, I'm really ******* pissed off right now.

Thanks, I'm going to get green bulbs from them, then probably pick up their boost and water temp gauges in green. I'd like for everything to match.

Edit, I can't seem to find all their ****. But I found an oil temp gauge I could use for water, with warning for $140.

Hustler,I know people with Subaru's that have done business with this place with great success. They also have a wide selection of Omori gauges posted on their site.

J-Spec Tuning

It sucks you paid too much for the gauges and all you got was the "Greddy" name on them. The fucked up thing is,Omori also makes gauges for HKS.

I run an Omori 45mm boost gauge in my MR2 and I'm very happy with it. Its white in color though.

well, I scored quality gauges but I thought I had to compromise on the metric measurements...turns out I was wrong.
