Default Oil Feed/RX7/1.8's/DSM/Clamps/Header

It's time to get serious.

1: -4an 25" teflon/braided oil feed line w/fitting for T25... you still need the fitting for the block. This is long enough to go over the top, underneath, or around the brake lines: $35 shipped

2: RX7 AFM slightly ported on the inlet w/3"-2.5" 4-ply reducing coupler and pigtail: $35 shipped

3: 9xT-bolt clamps: 4x2" 3x2.5" 1x3" 1x3.25": all for $20shipped (pic next post)... SOLD

4: T25 PORTED turbine housing for DSM .48/.49 T25... should see improved spool and way better top-end: $20+shipping.

5: 1.8injectors, used for about 25test miles since being professionaly done by cleaninjectors.com. I'll send you the test sheet which shows 110/110/110/112. I paid $50 for inj's+$55cleaning. You can see that one has part of the plastic injector clip is cracked. It will not affect performance at all: $65 shipped.

I don't **** around. Paypal only. Your stuff will be shipped the day I receive payment if it's early enough, or the day after at the latest. Just ask for a local pickup price.

You can post dibs here for my asking price or PM me if you want to work something out. If you dib something, I will PM you my Paypal and wait one day for payment before taking another offer.

^Ben, PM'd

Also been trying to offload this on Craigslist for months w/no takers.

Racing Beat 4-1 Header for 1.6liter w/about 50k miles of use. It's stainless and should last forever. I'll throw in a custom heatshield and used cat (that works perfectly) for my asking price. This thing is about $450shipped from Moss. It's a standard upgrade for an NA car.
$275 local pickup. I'll ship at your expense.

Also pic of clamps...SOLD

I'm also going to throw out this teaser as a reward for checking my ad... In a month or two, I'll be going Megasquirt and will be selling my entire current fuel/spark setup. This consists of:
Bipes
Begi 2025 APFR w/restrictor and extra check valve
Olderguys 02clamp w/sensor
Walbro 190lph HP fuel pump mounted in pump assembly
305cc Supra injectors
Complete dual feed fuel rail setup w/remote gauge and extra fuel rail
eBay Voodoo MBC

This setup at 12psi on any IC'd T25 makes 200whp w/100psi fuel pressure.

I am not taking offers or dibs on any individual part. If you'd like to discuss an offer for everything, then PM me and we can begin a dialogue. Obviously some flexibility will be required and there are no promises with such a long timetable. If the Navy decides my flight bonus gets delayed, all bets are off.

If you're thinking... why would I get this stuff when I can get MS?
Megasquirt is $720 shipped... after you figure EBC/IAT/WB02/Inj's and one or two other things.... you're at $1100 or more. What I have above and a few dyno pulls will have you set you back around half that.

Again, just something to think about.

Ben, the housing was aquired during my original Frankenturbo build. I actually purchased 4 DSM T25's and this one came ported. I checked out the DSM sites and it's a standard upgrade when the housing starts to crack... you just grind down the crack to fresh metal and never have to worry about it again. I think I remember a port job costs $40.

Hey Sam....

You might want to specify if the header is a 1.6, or 1.8 -- different....

Also from the pictures it actually looks like the newer RB 4->1 header not a 4-2-1.... the 4-2-1 doesn't have the "hump" on the #4 runner....

Hey the port job you have there to convert a 6cm housing to a 7cm housing. It will sac some low end to greatly increase top end.

BTW anyone looking to use that housing will want to get a a 7cm gasket(can be picked up at any DSM shop. Also would be worth porting you manifold turbo opening.)

Just any FYI for anyone... it is a great up grade and I am about to start porting my 14B that I am going to use for my turbo build.
