Massive Thanks to this Forum
Today i finished my turbo build, "finished",
99% of it was down to trawling through the massive archives of this empirical gathering of knowledge
Of the few hiccups it through me thanks to those that helped me over the humps, you know who you are.
Todays dyno session put the icing on the cake for me in that , my tables all needed almost no fettling to get it running smoothly, the dyno showed up an issue with my VTPS in the first few deg of travel that was soon fixed with a little adjustment.
Car now pulling a perfectly legal 86kw at the rear wheels, with turbo spooling from low 2k rpm. Drives like a factory car finally.
Just wanted to say a big thanks to all in here for their contributions. now to enjoy summer in the car i have owned since 24/10/2011 but only got my hands on last August.

Am I missing something here because if I convert 86 KW to HP I get 115.6 hp. The spec miata guys here are limited to 114hp on one dyno or 108hp on the other so from that you have gained 8 hp to the wheels. That can be done with messing with the air meter on a 1.6L car. Am I missing something do you live at 10,000 ft of altitude or something like that? I am glad the car is running perfect I just feel like your turbo is not doing anything at that power.
