I wish I had the time and money to play... Between my two cars, multiple firearms, and beer I'm broke as ****!

So far I really love the multiplayer. The campaign is ******* weird though. I just don't get the story, and the way its being told is just strange. I probably wont keep playing it.

Only downside so far to the multiplayer is that I'm getting sick of hearing Ice cube's voice. I don't know if that's actually his voice or not, but it sure as hell sounds exactly like him. That and the fact that the remote controlled bombs are ******* everywhere like someone mentioned earlier.

I'm exactly 2 hours into the game and I'm a level 13. I have over $10,000 in COD cash, cause I cant decide what to spend it on.

The layout is way different than MW2, but I do like it better. It def takes getting used to, and I'm still not even used to it, but so far I'm liking it.

Maybe its because I've been playing Fallout New Vegas lately, but the gameplay feels fast paced for sure. I love it! I get sucked in and before I know it 5 mins turned into 20 and I'm late for physical therapy. lol

The maps are awesome as well. I definitely like what they've done with these multiplayer maps compared to some of the old MW2 and WAW maps. Not to mention custom reticle design, buying upgrades now, sprint to prone jump, ballistic knife, etc etc.

Also, if you were into **** Zombies, this has the 4 old maps and looks like 3 new ones. I only played it for a second though so I'm not sure what else, if anything is new.

I recommend any COD or FPS fans to pick this up!

I just got level 30.

The Good,
Dedicated servers means you can find your friends. And once you find a good one you can keep going back.

Lots of things to buy, upgrade, modify.

Great maps. Never have I said "Aw crap not this one".

Well balanced. Nothing yet really just owns everything.

Unranked severs allow for lots of mods.

Short time between games means faster gameplay.

Great killstreak rewards... exception see below.

The Bad,

RCIED = annoying

Still a bit laggy. But waaaaaaaaaay better than 24 hours ago, which means hopefully the good servers will be lag free soon. I only got a spike of lag once or twice in an hour.

Ranked servers a bit restricted in what you can do. Doesn't mean too much for the players, but sucks for admins.

Can't follow players in... you have to be invited.

Overall, sooooooooo worth it. This will be my new full time game. Brain you should get it so we can play

I bought it on Wednesday for my PS3. If you buy it at Toys-R-Us (or any other game $59.99 and up) they give you a $20 gift card. You cannot use the gift card for that game purchase though, I think it goes valid 6 hours after purchase.

I'm at level 14 or 15 with a little over 2 hours of play. I really like it so far, in fact it might be better than MW2, and I really like MW2.

That has to be Ice Cube's voice and I agree, it gets annoying. And those RC-XDs are just stupid. And I will admit that I have never played with a "ballistic knife" in reality, but somehow I doubt that a blade of relatively little mass will knock you back on your *** like a goddam shotgun and result in instant death. The under-barrel flame thrower attachment for assault rifles is also "questionable" but mildly entertaining for burning suckas.

I like that there's no Commando perk that allows people to warp the space-time continuum with a melee attack. That was one of my biggest complaints with MW2, and at least now you have to be within some remotely plausible range to knife someone. It's also nice to have a variety of camos available without having to rack up a bunch of head shots.

One of the big differences IMO is that shotguns are no longer secondary weapons, they are primaries so you can't simultaneously have both an assault rifle and a shotgun. You can buy the shotgun attachment for your rifle, but it's not quite the same.

The maps are really good. I probably haven't played all of them yet and I'm still figuring out where the good vantage points and choke points are but I don't really have any complaints.

If you want to spend some of your COD cash, at least get the Ghost perk so the near-constant spy planes won't see you. I have gotten several kills while using Second Chance so that's a good one. I like the new Decoy for suckering noobs into the open. Claymores are nice too I suppose. But I'm trying to focus more on my game play than buying ****, at least for now.

I am sw126687 on the playstation network. Somebody be my friend. But PM me who you are or make a note that you're from mt.net in the request or else I'll think you're a random 12-year-old and delete it.

6 hours of play time, level 25 online. Overall impression is that it feels just like WAW, the controls feel almost weighted differently or something than MW2. Kinda hard to get used to. Overall I'm impressed, I like the great variety of weaponry and the ability to edit the sight reticules, etc. So far the FAMAS, AK74U and the Galil seem to be the most effective weapons, pending further unlocks
Can this turn into a post you screen name thread? Mine's bazookabob69 if anyone wants to add me

I dig the hell out of Black Ops. Then again, I liked BC2 so take that for whatever you feel it's worth (at least on PC; don't think I would enjoy it on a console).

If anyone wants to add me on XBox, it's DeviateAE.

I have a Black Ops server which I called MT.NET for easy finding. Anyone that wants to play get on vent and then if we get 3-4 we can get the server going.

Fuckkk I want this.

I have 4 or so friends that have this on the box. And a few that have it on pc. Although I prefer pc gaming, especially for FPS games I may have to go with the box on this one.

Decisions..

I use my computer for work, not to play games.

My bro has always been a pc gamer and tells me all the time how it's better than consoles.

Now that I have a new graphics card I wonder how well my setup would be for gaming. Although I'm afraid if I try it, that I may end up liking it. Then I'll never get any ******* work done. Lol

I have a core 2 quad and a hd 4780. Plays fine with 2x aa at 1920x1200. It's not brand new hardware by any stretch.

Been playing a bit of Black Ops. I think Battlefield Bad Company™ 2 still edges it out. B.O. certainly feels more arcade like which is ok too but, if i had to pick between the games I would take BC.
