There is some overlap here with older and indie games on Steam, but not by much. GOG has always been DRM free. Most of the REALLY old stuff uses a preconfigured DOSBOX launcher that takes care of compatibility with modern hardware and sound. I've had an account with these guys since they opened up back in 08 or 09.
