So is anyone playing Tribes Ascend? Game is a freaking blast and addicting as crack. Check it out if you want something that's a fun FPS. I'll be on there as Thurstbuster. That's my name cause that's what was in front of me while playing.

Dude, this game is so awesome! Reminds me of Tribes 2, not the shitty one that came after it.

You just hold space bar going down hill and you haul ***. ---- sprinting, you glide across the place. It's ------- fun. Grab a flag going 200kph (i think that's what they measure it in...) is intense.

Really jsut played a match and it was amazing. Although all my old tactics from Tribes are still useful so I rocked. Gonna be playing this a lot.

Dammit it doesn't work on the lap top! Took 5 minutes just to turn the graphics all the way down, and then another five minutes to navigate the skippy mouse to "quit".

Yea, the learning curve can be intense. You need to learn the dynamics of how the weapons fire, the splash damage, and how shitty being a sniper is. Seriously, don't waste EXP on the sniper class. You have more fun and do more damage as a doom bringer chain gunner. I rape apes as that guy, and it's actually kind of hard to do well since everyone moves so god damn fast.
