Default Proper PCV/ Valve Cover Vent setup

I know this subject has a million different threads, but I was getting different answers from each one.
Engine: 1.6, 8.5:1 pistons, Greddy 15g only 8000 miles on the rebuild.
Current setup is the valve cover breather has a filter on it, and I'm running the stock PCV. I've read that even the gtx pcv leaks past 10 psi, so what should I do for the best crankcase ventilation?

Because I thought I could get some first hand help on the forum and not be confronted for asking a question.

Yeah, catch can does seem to be the best route here. No chance of shredding a valve and then shredding my valves. Would a bad PCV cause my idle vacuum to be low? Right now I'm getting 13-15 inhg at idle, and I've read stock is 19-21 inhg. What could cause the low vacuum? It runs and boosts just fine.

It is. I'm more polite, in an attempt to hide it.

Just do what these guys told me..

use two catch cans. one for the intake side and one for exhaust side.

using a check valve, pcv valve, or both, place a non-vented catch can betweent the intake manifold and pass. side valve cover.

Place a vented catch can between the driver side valve cover and intake tubing.
