Hey guys doing a timing belt/water pump job on my 1996 OBD2 Miata and upon removal of the crankshaft pulley/Harmonic Balancer I notice that the (4) small bolts that old the pulley onto the front of crankshaft didn't have a washer behind them.
Meaning the (4) bolts were torqued down directly onto the black face surface of the harmonic balancer pulley.


Are 1996 OBD2 Miata's suppose to have this washer.


The part I think is missing is this one???
