Default Anyone have a copy of FCM suspension calculator instructions?

I can't make sense of anything. I think with my SD bilsteins and FM sways I need 450F and about 250R for the 61% FtoR balance.

Just call FCM
Oh and you will love the result
I have a 400/275 set up with only a 27 tubular front [anti-]sway bar, nothing on the rear
excellent balance for our twisty, bumpy mountain roads
