I must say though, Sav's manifold/turbing housing set up looks quite the business.
I'd like a set of 15x9 6ul's in flat black...can we work something out?

I thought you went with the 52 trim compressor?

EDIT: Sorry, I'm not reading the entire thread/replies before I'm posting.

Jig? HA! That'd make sense. But I had no time to do a jig for the downpipe as Sav's in quite a hurry (need it shipped today) and ATP likes to **** up orders (horray for overnight, saturday delivery from CA to NJ!)

I finished up this around 2 yesterday and then got my twins back on by 5. I WILL drive my car for the rest of the summer before removing the twins for any additional orders.

The manifold is pretty simple and doesn't need a jig really. I have no problem removing my setup to build a downpipe.

I guess you'll see how Sav's going to do it. it shouldn't be difficult. The BEGI S4 stuff might fit with minor headache. I have no idea. I run my pipes thru the fender but I have A/C & P/S to worry about.

Can I say this without becoming a vendor? I'm small fries still...

100% SS with one set of V-band flange and clamp (for the turbine inlet) is gonna retail for $629

I'm still trying to find sources for cheaper flanges and material. If I order a bunch of bends from ACE stainless it should be $10 less overall as opposed to drive to mcmaster and picking the raw material up in person.

This thread is really making me want to pick up the pace with my own engine build. Sav, you're doing pretty much exactly what I've been daydreaming about for the past few months. Except for the dump-to-atmo wastegate.

If you have a CAD file, I have a local water jet guy. I think he uses Solid Edge and Pro-E. I can get more info if you're interested.
