I wasn't smart enough to take any pics of my own, but I did see someone on m.net post theirs about 2 weeks ago.
Basically there is a big ring that got milled off. They also had to shave a little in a couple areas to balance the wheel out. It came in at 19.5 lbs and left at 14.5 lbs. The 1.6 wheel is like 1.5 lbs lighter stock than the 1.8 stock.
There is a little extra NVH coming from the tranny area. I know only because I drove the car before and after. If a guest were to drive my car, they wouldn't think anything of it.
Overall, I think it was a great mod. It's a bit lighter than stock, so you get some of the benefit of the lighter wheel (quick revving, easy rev matching) without the drawbacks (NVH, lack of intertia). Loosing a lot of mass in the flywheel can be a double edged sword.
<edit>Here's pics (not mine)

It was like $120 or something to lighten, balance, and resurface. Which may be a tad on the high side, but everyone who saw it commented on how good the work was. I'd do it again.

750 miles on the clutch package now. I'm not going to track miles anymore. The engagement point has moved up some, to just under where it was with the stock clutch, and I'm used to (and love) the extra weight. I'm giving it everything my car has, which looks something like 8 psi initial spike settling to 6 or so. It's holding like a friggin champ. I get a whole lot more wheelspin now. Also, I am amazed at how fast revs climb in the upper end of the range, in fact I accidentally hit the rev limiter twice today
