Default AutoZone (Duralast) Axles

Anyone have experience with the Duralast reman axles? Advance no longer has 1.8 axles in stock :(

It's 114 shipped from Autozone.

I'd think they'd be fine.

You can purchase new axles at Advance Auto. Just FYI. Less monies also, iirc.

I have one O'Reilly's axle. I believe it was around $70 with a core. 1 day wait, they keep them in a Dallas warehouse.

I had them shipped from Advance for something like $75. No core. 2 hours on them and so far ok.

Tried Advance but during check out it says 0 quantities available to ship or something along those lines.

Forgot to state it's $114 for 2 axles.

Working behind the counter of this store, I would say steer clear of the axles; They come back frequently for warranty exchange, and people are rightly upset that they have to keep replacing them.

Thanks for the heads up. I ordered them already so let's just see how long they last.

On the bright side, I get free axles for life?

This, you're saying I can keep breaking them and returning them?

I hardly ever see axles come back at my store. If you do buy them, get new ones, not reman.

Apparently some people are better at thread-reading than others.

As several people have noted, Advance Auto's website says they have new (non-reman) axles in stock, at $79.99 each. Part number NCV47590.

CARQUEST CV Shafts CV Axle Assembly NCV47590: Advance Auto Parts

Availability varies by location (four of the five stores nearest me show them in stock), and they are available for shipping.

Er....
Did you try and buy them? Because you can't. It keeps sending you back to the cart and telling you 0 are available.

I bought some in november. And tried to buy some a few weeks ago.

They are unavailable.
