Default Fuel pressure problems?

i just did a new head gasket job on my 95 and the removal went fine but the install has been rough....first of all we got it out of time so it was rough trying to get it back in time we re-aligned things with the firing order and the notches on the crankshaft and we re aligned the marks on the cam gears even though those werent right so we basically used engine knowledge to fix that by knowing the firing order and matching the lobes (basically praying the timing is right) but yet now that everything is plugged up........im not getting ANY fuel........i turn the key to "on" and the fuel pump doesnt buzz and no fuel comes out of the lines but when i turn the engine over fuel just barely trickles out????

ANY HELP PLEASE GUYS I NEED THIS DONE BY FRIDAY FOR A SCHOOL PROJECT!!!! THIS IS A NATURALLY ASPIRATED SETUP!!!!

Check the simple stuff. Is the hot wire AFM plugged in? Work backwards and verify everything that you touched.

Is there a way that you can turn the fuel pump on? On the 1.6 you can jump FP to GND on the diagnostic connector and get the fuel pump running.
