Default help, slow loss of fuel pressure

My car when started has like 40 psi of fuel pressure, then while running slowly goes down to 0 psi in about 30 sec in which the car stalls. I put in a walbro 190hp, does the same thing just takes alittle longer for it to loose all pressure. Whats going on?? I have a vortec fpr on at the moment, could it be malfunctioning?
