In all seriousness, if this really is a track car, then there's really no reason not to:

The benefits here are innumerable. I mean, let's say that you have a really bad day and set the slowest laptime. Nobody is going to be surprised. But then, let's say that you have a really good day and you lap somebody twice. They just got whooped by a guy in a pink Miata! It's pretty much down to suicide at that point.

If I ever get around to dropping an LS6 into a Miata, you can bet your *** I'm painting it pink.

Well I got some orange, it was free so I cant complain. It should be painted by the Infinion miata challenge. I was having some problems at buttonwillow this last weekend and only managed a 2:05 for a 3rd place finish. so fixing the car will be on the top of the list before paint.

I give you permission to paint your car plum crazy purple.

I was going to paint my car. But worthless parallel parkers don't deserve to ruin my *** baller paint job. My car is never getting painted.

Blu scurro. It looks purple and blu. Very dynamic color in person.

Why would anyone paint a track car anything other than single stage (pick your favorite) solid color? You WILL be repainting some it in the not to distant future. Do something that you can paint a panel and have a pretty good match without blending.

That was my thought. After my excursion, the new panels (hood, bumper cover, fender) were painted off the body. Since it's black and dirty most of the time, it's not obvious at all.

My main reason for the above comment was all of the suggestions of pear-this, candy-that, metallic-whatever. Good luck with an off-the-shelf match on a panel.

I have now exhausted my daily allowance of hyphens.
