Default DYI tsi on the cheap
things I needed:
-free heat knife (soldering iron with tip smashed flat like an exacto blade... hammer time)
-spray tint
-black spray paint
-1" PVC coupler (35 cents each)
-JB weld
-silicone sealer

I did that back in '04, I like the NACA duct lid better.
