Default Injectors and End-Links ???'s

#1: I'm sending my 550's out to CleanInjectors.com and via email my guy there thinks he doesn't have any of the black-plastic-spacers that go over the pintles. He said he might not be able to get them. Anybody have a line on where to acquire those.

#2: My Dad has a '97 and had a stock endlink break on him. At the recommendation of Larry Dennstedt, he upgraded to the Racing Beat ones and has convinced me that I need them. I know there are several brands/styles/makes... are the RB's the ones to get for a DD street-car?Other suspension mods are RB solid sways and KYB AGX's.

I broke a number of stock endlinks. Switched to the RB links and it's all good. I like them, but depending on hor low your car is you might need to shorten them.

#1 mazdatrix.com will hook it up for those.
Where i got mine. I had my injectors done by the same company. Pissed me off because they don't give a final flow rating.
EX. 550 cc injectors actually flow at 560 cc, yeah they don't give you that. They give like 9 ms at 46 cc or some bullshit that calculates out to some stupid number. I'll be going to witchhunter next time for that reason. He also didn't blast them clean as i wanted. Nor did he mark what injector was what so even if i knew what injector flowed what on the sheet, i didn't know which one that was in the box so i could install it in the hottest cylinder.

You CAN calculate the final flow number. Just use the pulsed flow rates, and look at the pulsewidth and frequencies reported on the flow sheet. That'll be closer to what you'd expect than if you calculated from the full flow numbers reported.

I like Tim at cleaninjectors.com; I sent him a set that had a couple bad injectors, and he called me and let me know. He held onto everything until I sent him a couple other injectors to make a full set, and he tested all 10 injectors I sent him to get the best matched 4, and used those. Didn't charge me an extra penny. All was well, except the Jesus pamphlets he sends.

Endlinks: I hate the RB links. For the same price you can make your own. m.net has a writeup somewhere with McMaster-Carr part numbers for what you need.

Hustler. Call him up and tell him to write on the injectors or baggies he puts them in. Even if I could calculate the flow rate, i still didn't know which injector was what.

if you want adjustable links, you only need 2...one for each swaybar.

I tried a Google search before but didn't know exactly what those things were called... but I found this searching for "miata injector grommets": http://forum.miata.net/vb/archive/in.../t-136485.html
So, it looks like they are available... I'll just buy a bag of'em and be done with it.

But I want the 84-92 lower grommet, RIGHT? Part#13-2570-N326 The link I posted mentions "insulators" which I thought was the right term for what I'm looking for. Somebody clear up my confusion.

As for end-links. The car is stock ride-height and I have no plans ever to lower it. I'm not sure how much "adjusting" I'll ever need to do, but I am sure the stock rubber on them is shot. The biggest difference in feel should be the new eurethane bushings, right? Making my own sounds like my style... gotta do more homework.
