Seriously though, it looks to have a fuel fitting, the angled cuts on the nipples (ouch) don't make much sense to me, and then it looks like it has a vacuum side, maybe a regulator of some kind with multiple ports? Some sort of distribution block for fuel and vacuum built into one?
