can I use this fan controller to run both fans?
Derale Adjustable Fan Controllers from BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com - Lowest Price Guarantee
I'd like to wire both fans in parallel, and possibly hook up the slim fans in the garage. What happens to amperage in a parallel circuit again?

Not really, you can wire both fans in parallel and let MS control them, if thats what you have.

Yes, that will work. You will really want to buy the 3/8 NPT screw in themosister thingy that reads temp. The ones that push-in the radiator are a joke. Besides, the prices is the same. But you'll have to tap something on the motor 3/8NPT and install the fitting.
I've put these on a few different cars. They work REALLY WELL actually. 2000-2001 Jeeps are very prone to electric fan failures because of the utterly rediculous design Chrysler blessed them with. So you can expect a "fan module" (100 bucks) or fans motor (220 bucks) to die ever 10k miles. After 3 fan motors and a new module, I put a new fan and one of these on there. Been working well. And like it says, it even has a wire to hook to the A/C compressor so the fans come on for A/C. (if you have A/C)
I say go for it. Just do a decent job yourself when you wire them up and you'll be fine. The wiring on those is weak-sauce though. I would seriously just let that thing turn on a 30A Bosch relay. The way it's designed now it's got a cheap-o 30A relay that has a harness that plugs into it. Relay's fine, but it will have like 16 ga. wire going to it.
Or if your savvy with electrical crap, just pull the two prongs out of the plug that are your power wires. (one's +12V, the other goes to the fans) and use a heavier wire and a new connector, then snap them back into the plug, then it plugs into the relay like normal.

I would use one of the fan controls from Delta Current Control if I was unable to control it with my ecu.
Delta Current Control
I ran one of these in my Lightning and was very happy with it.
