Bah... I thought we were going to talk about the ca18det motor...

I'm so curious as to why some nissan guys have a hardon for it vs RB/SR motor swaps...

I remember last time some big black guy held me up by shotgun and took my cell phone....I called the number after the police came and took the report, I tried being civil and asking for the phone back...he didn't go for it.

the issue is resolved. your exhaust is on is way it will be there in three days. afer you became a ******* ******* about the situation i have no respect for you.
i sold dave a manifold downpipe and exhaust last month. he was very paiteint with me while it took me awhile to get it all boxed and shipped out. we were in constant contact with each other email pone pm. he gave me a deadline to ship everything out and if i wasnt able to i was going to just refund him. the day came and i wasnt able to so he immediately got his 700 refund. we talked and i asked him if he still wanted everythingg dave said yes. i told him i would ship it and i would give him a tracking number he could resend the 700. i sent him parts with no payment expecting that would be cool. well dave took it upon himself to take my kindness for granted and only sendd me half the money. he welched on his part and made me feel like complete ****. not only that he had the ***** to say that it sucks when someone has you by the *****. if i was going to steal his 700 i wouldnt talk to him front him parts with no payment now would i? as luck would have it the box that the exhaust was in was returned. then over then course of emails he finally fulfilleis part on sending me the other half. you straight up disrespected me called me a piece of **** now i am done with you. the exhaust will be there mid next week. i will not post a tracking numberof prove anything to anybody because dave has truly been a *******. i was very nice and felt sorry because i couldnt get his parts out then he repays my kindness with this. i have no intentions of ripping anyone off nor did i try to. please ******* close this thread.

brian if this is all very true im sorry... but i have been thru hell with you.

i will not post a tracking numberof prove anything to anybody because dave has truly been a *******.
Please atleast email me the tracking number.

The tracking number you provided me was for 29lbs of ****, and it was 1 of 1 item... therefore when the box came i could only suspect that you just didnt ship out the exhaust. and then, when for the next 24 hours u ddint respond to my literally 200 phone calls, emails, PM's , and even threads, I took it upon myself to contact other people.

As for me being an *** hole and trying to pay him half and half, it was to avoid **** like this, But i decided to be the nice guy and pay the rest after he sent me 2 emails freaking out.

for anyone else that has done buisness with me they know that i like to keep in constant contact whether i am the buyer or the seller. I have parted out multiple cars on forums and sold / bought probably hundreds of items. this is the first time i have ever had an issue.

I am sorry for outing you. Mods, you can lock this.

So, is the 240 much faster than the miata?
I just hate nissans though. They are good cars... Just expensive parts.

That is the only reason I didn't do one. Besides, I don't like enterferance motors. But I guess with a timing chain they would be ok?????

Please give me some info if you know.

parts are easier to find and generally cheaper than for the miata. depends tho.
my 240sx was swapped and turboed --- 250 rwhp--- the miata isnt yet

But really, this thread was about a completely different subject so lets just lock it.

Well, 240 is currently being taken apart so I can use a different shell to build it with... building it for a GRM challenge car.

So... Miata is faster. I'd be it was faster than the 240 when it was running also, hair over 200hp in a much heavier car... vs 230+ in a 2144lbs car.

I like turbos... so honestly anything with a turbo I can't fault.
