My exhaust manifold is starting to show surface rust. I really really dont like the look of it. Is there anything I can do to get it to look new, or at least white(like it did) again for another 6 months or so?

I have silver engine paint, I dont know if it will work.

Send it off to JetHot for coating. I was surprised at how inexpensive it was.

Got the aftermaket downpipe and midpipe on my last WRX coated in their Sterling coating. After two Buffalo winters, it came off looking pristine and shiny.

I'd suggest their higher-temp coating for a manifold, though. Did an up pipe in that. But last I checked that coating only came in various dark colors, not chrome-like shininess like the sterling.

Take the car to a track day of some sorts and run the piis out of it, the rus will burn off

After running Road Atlanta, my manifold turned this funny blue-gray color and the bit of rust that was on it was gone.

I say build a heatshield that covers it up so you don't have to look at it if you don't want to ceramic coat it.
