This is my first Miata.... And when i would order parts for it, it was pretty common for me to get the wrong parts. When i would order parts, and was asked for a production date I would give them this.....

But thats only part of the problem.... My car is a NB which supposedly does not exist in this year according to allot of parts vendors. Anyone ever seen this?

date of manufacture is not the same as model year.

I suggest you order parts for the latter.

I have been... I figured this out the first month after I bought it about a year ago. I was just curious if anyone had seen a Pro Date like this before.

Then you can buy the red NB i've been talking about and pocket some change.

Based off the VIN, it's a 99. Does the VIN plate on the dash match the nader sticker?

I'd go with a thread title like "rare prototype NB for sale"
