Default Straightening out an exhaust tip

I just bought an exhaust from a member here and his shitty approach to packaging just to save 10 dollars and 5 minutes of time caused the exhaust tip to perforate the box and get crushed on one side like a coke can.

How do I work out the dent so its round again?

The one I've got will probably do just shy of 3"

Take it to a muffler shop and have a new on installed.

Maybe if the seller reimburses me, which I think I am entitled too. Seeing as how its his doing and cheapness that lead to this.

The seller and I talked about this. Its for sure Fedex's fault. The box was opened sometime during transport and then put back together in a completely retarded way. I dont think any normal human being could ever possibley ship something the way this exhaust was shipped.
He is doing the honorable thing and wants to come get it, but I almost want to keep it and try to straighten the tip out. The price was really good.

Yeah, when I shipped an Atari Jaguar to a Canadian that bought it on ebay.

Six months later I had FedEx telling me they were going to axe my shipping account and send me to collections 'cause the jackass skipped out on paying his customs fees.

Pay your customs fees, don't bone the seller.

YES.

I shipped out two fenders off my civic together, the packaging was small and light. It gets delivered to the buyer no problem, but then I get a letter in the mail saying I owe them $90, after I already paid the original shipping cost. They said it was a "shipping adjustment", and said that it weighed some ridiculous number like 50lbs. I refused to pay it, they took me to collections, now I have that on my credit and they ended up getting their money. F*CK UPS. I refuse to ship with them ever again.

I know its bs...im sticking with your guys USPS and our canada post, cause all those other shipping companies screw the **** out of you. I got the letter form a collection agency saying that if i dont pay it blah blah i will get a bad credit...the company's called RMS(North American Receivable Management Services Company)

edit:sorry for the racism fixed.

How could it be on your credit? Did you ever give them your SS number?
