Default A few questions/suggestions

Okay, so the car is essentially a bare tub now. Both subframes have been removed, all the brake lines, fuel lines, etc. I really like the way hingstonwm did his fuel pump and fuel lines. He moved the pickup to the bottom of the tank. I also like the -8 line idea. I am more interested in the fuel line, since the car is torn down this much and I am really wanting to build a very reliable car with decent power should I go ahead and ditch the factory fuel line and opt for the -8?

I have ordered my Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings, so those will be going in.

I am really planning on ID1000's to run e85.

Now this car will be tracked, and it will be pushed hard. Is an Accusump something I should be looking at getting? I really hate the idea of oil starvation and a dry sump is entirely out of my budget.

Now, on to my valve cover. I am mixed on what to do here, I have read many different approaches to this. What I want to know is this; can I plug the factory PCV port on the intake manifold and run both the stock vents to a vented catch can? Or should the vents be opened up? Should they be moved to one side of the valve cover? Does the stock baffling stay the same?

How do I clean up the wire harness, and I am not talking wire tuck. I just want to make the factory loom look like its not 25 years old. Is the easiest way to just cut off the original split sleeve loom crap and redo it? It looks like ****.

Again; tips, comments, and all that other stuff is what I am looking for from this post.

Thanks,
Ryan
