well let me start by saying it has a brand timing belt, plugs, wires, intake is clean, clean EGR everything is fresh
it now has 60k miles

so last week i was driving (up to temp), i was about at 4k rpm and i was pressing the gas steady. it just cut off and rpms dropped to about 2k and cut back on and jumped right back to where it was. after that everything was normal. then it happened like 2 more times. then this week it did it again but did it like 6 times in a 7 sec period. its definitely something electrical cutting off spark, maybe a cam sensor or either fuel. the check engine light came on right after and stayed steady. i will go read the code when i get off work. any body else ever have this happen?
