Hankook RS2, Khumo MX, or Falken Azenis

In comparison though. I have some gforce kdws and for the money it sounds like azenis are the better tire even if they do get a little greasy. I'm not switching mine out or anything though, they're still a pretty good tire.

I haven't tracked the car or even raced it on these tires. I can see them sucking. With a treadwear of 400, they're obviously not that sticky. I also happen to have 17" wheels, that changes everything.

My friend has RS2's (15" 94R), He tracks and AutoX's all summer, he's on his second or 3rd year of w/ the same RS2's and is usually FTD or within 1/2 a second... Also his wife drives as well (and she sometimes beats him) and as often.

For the price the RS2's are a good 'all around' tire.

I went w/ the Azenis (and I really want to beat that MR2 this year) because I also have a new set of Bridestone 009's that nobody wants, so I'll just run those on the street.

When I mentioned to my friend I was picking up tires, (he has been autox for @ least 10yrs I am a n00by) I mentioned the Azenis, he insisted on the RS2's, when I showed him the price difference between the two...He was surprised...Azenis arrived today

I went with the RS-2's and am happy so far. That's not saying much as it sits in the garage more than anything..

I've never used the Kumho MX's, but I liked my experiences with the other two...I'd prolly go azenis again...but I might pick up some kooks just because they are cheaper.

both have a 195/60/14, close enough so it wont mess with the speedo much.

I have the RS-2s on my daisy's I like them, wouldn't mind comparing the 14" Azenis though, I have those on my 16s...hehe
