Default anybody familiar with this LC-1 problem?

-i have a LC-1 controller hooked up to their digital gauge (no MS).
-O2 sensor is roughly 3 ft from turbo and in the 12 o'clock position.
-gauge readings will appear to be correct for about an hr of driving and then they go to ****.

-it will read 22.4 continuously......occasionally blip reading 7.4 (under WOT or decel.....i forget which).
-the LED is not flashing any error code.

sound familiar to anyone?
do you need more info?
