Default If you could buy something cheaper...?

What would it be?'

Reason im doing this is im a TIG welder and i am a aluminum fabricator by trade ( for now ). I know with all this economy **** going on most of you are looking for cheaper and cheaper deals. Now i assure you this will not sacrifice price for quality. I have heard that some big names take a while to build something simple and yes they do get it out on time or close to it but Fitment is always the number 1 issue. (BTW if something does get started i will pay vendor fee)

I can garantee every part to fit without exhaust rattle and or just a little less bend that it needs. I will personally test fit everything that i possibly can ( NA's ) specifically the 1.6 L

Let it be known

Tubular exhaust mani and DP combo. One where I can reach all the turbo/exhaust mani, turbo/DP bolts without tools that defy the laws of physics.

2.5" intercooler piping that fits my Ebay intercooler of choice.

Yes, but there is also one that has a bar that also crosses over the valve cover from strut to strut as well as going to the firewall.

Here ya go...

Cool. that looks build-able. As for the intake piping i would need the intercooler and if you have PS/AC. And building a tubular mani that doesnt have pain in the *** bolts is gonna be difficult

WOW GREAT way to have your resume looked at by the best in the industry... I would take a look at that offer.

My ideas for (on the cheap)

Lower sub frame Braces...

That sub frame brace that Hustler had for his avatar. I could see it strengthening things.

Custom spring perches, Fatcat style...

Texas huh? Too bad i removed ac from both of my cars To be honest that would be my dream job. No joke. Unfortunatley that is awful far from friends and family. If i was married i would consider it but leaving everything is hard. I know many people have done it. Ill PM you about this

Seems to be lots of this is frame stiffeners. Would you all prefer Aluminum tube or stainless?

A picture would be nice of the front and rear subframe stiffeners

as for the Custom spring perches, Fatcat style. I googled them and theres not much info on them. Are they just different upper bump stops?

Make a CHEAP weld-ell mild steel manifold in T2 and T3 versions. Make if for 400 and you'd sell the fire out of them. 500 and they'd sell pretty good. 800 and kiss my *** anyone can have a one-off made for that kind of money. Also a matching down pipe for said manifold would be nice.

When was the last time you saw an intercooler kit for a 1.8 stay in the classifieds for longer than 2 days? NA 1.8 Intercooler pipes to connect the oh so famous ebay intercooler while still keeping the PS and AC.

I would probably pay around 200 - 300 for a mild steel piping kit depending on fit and finish
