I'm a Cheap ****
i've been messing around on FCM excel spreadsheet, up until my trial period ended on my excel, and now all i can do is look at it without modifying to find the numbers i want. anyways, thats a different problem. but i was thinking of buying some reasonably priced stock bilstein shocks, and getting GC coil overs in 500, and 375, i'm pretty sure the rear shock won't have to be revalved, but after the price of revalving the fronts, and the whole spring and shock setup, would i be better suited just getting a set of stances or even attack (?) coilovers, betrayed was looking into? or instead of using the bilsteins using adjustable KYB or koni's. thoughts, and opinions?

First off, stay away from this stance/attack bullshit. I don't really care what people think of them; they've never produced results on a national level. Stick to the known setups, KYBs, Konis, Bilsteins, JICs, Ohlins, Tokicos.
Second, 500/375 is too much rear bias. You'll want 550/375 instead.
Third, the stock Bilsteins are **** at those spring rates. You're approaching a Spec Miata setup, and SM suspensions are also known as "crap". There are far better shocks for the money...
Fourth, here's what I would do. Either do Ground Controls 550/375, with KONI RACEs up front and Sports in the rear, and use NB shock hats in the rear. If you want to one up that, instead of 550/375, use 700/450 and run RACEs on all four corners. You can ditch the NB hats if you do that.
700/450 with an RB solid FSB and a stock RSB is supposed to be great. I've got 700/450 with a RB Tubular FSB and I am looking for a 14mm RSB to neutralize the setup a little more.

what i failed to mention was this is a 2000 nb, that i'm using it as a daily driver, with plenty of canyon runs, and some road racing, and talking with some friends, i was going to use the 700/400 setup, but felt it was to stiff for the canyons, i wanted a real nice neutral setup, for all around driving
