I like it, but I disagree with painting it. The theme of the car seems to be black on red. It fits in nicely IMHO.

It's not that I need a oil cooler that big, it's that I already have one. I wonder if there's enough room back there to squeeze it in.....

that's what she said?

Not - give Phil a rattle can and some painters tape!

efini- you can sell that cooler for some decent cash and get another one. They're a known entity - IOW people seek them for the size/capacity/shape.

You know based on that side shot it looks like fits the contour well enough. I'll bet when you mold it in and paint it that it ends up looking great.

I also like the way the bottom surface of the inside of the scoop slopes upward. It is more apparent in that side shot. That probably helps with clearing the bumper.

Man I want to do this now. And thus, another item is added to the long list of modifications

Hey, I am not normally a fan of racing stripes, but the black one in the first photoshopped picture looks great! I think it looks better than color matching the scoops.

I'm joining the I usually hate stripes but that one looks good club.

That photoshop with the one large strip does wonders for the car, and looks great.

I very much like that. I've got the same cf scoop that I haven't installed yet. Really like the black stripe over the red. How would you do that with vinyl? Just buy it by the roll?

Just go into a vinyl/sign shop and tell them what size I need. They'll cut it for you.
