Default Car retaining water

has enyone ever had this problem: ive got a 91. it rained alot the other day and now when i stop quickly or accelerate quickly (less so when accelerating, because of exhaust) i hear water sloshing below me. i assume in the frame rail that runs in the rocker panel. the sloshing does not move from side to side only forward and back.

???

It's your car crying because its owner is such an idiot.

Open the crimped holes on both sides of each of your jack points. Then clean out the tube drains that lead from the front of the soft top area to in front of the rear wheels.

When the tubes are clogged, the water overflows the little catch basins and down into the rocker panels along the inside of the quarterpanels. This is why you get rusted out back there.
