Default limits of a miata motor?

okay i was wondering what are the weaker links of the miata motor/driveline? but i am asking before i buy a miata so i know what i can expect.i would eventually plan on going turbo with the car as well. i also was wondering from what little i have looked around so far why everyone's going with such a small turbo(disco potato), i am use to seeing honda's that are running holsets, so that turbo is way tiny then your average holset. but i went and test drove a nice little NA miata with the 1.8L(1996) which seemed like it could be a fun car with more power.

Its a good thing you read the FAQ and stuff first. I don't know how we forgot to put info regarding your questions in there.

Generally, you want to make your first post in the Meet and Greet. Then do a search. You will find your answers there. But since I am here, rods are a week point in a miata.

They begin going daily at about 4PM, which strangely enough is the same time I get off work. Coincidence?

Meow don't need to search. Just go to "useful saved posts" right meow. Do some lurking and learning. Maybe update the intro post in the intro section if meow really want to.

I'm laying 5/3 this runs up to 10 posts for weemuncher and then we see a for sale thread!

Because all they care about is peak numbers and bragging rights and don't care about boost threshold or lag......or care about really driving their cars anywhere other than the interstate.
