I prefer model B with a few modifications. I think the actual turbo logo needs to be incorporated into it.

I can make the lettering raised or cut out.

According to shapeways that's actually cheaper, a little over $10 / unit..

I need feedback guys!

I want. I must combine desire for boost with desire for beer.

You people seriously use bottle openers? I use whatever is closest.. fork, spoon, window sill.. I know a chick that opens a bottle with her teeth

I'll think about it and see what i can come up with.

If this does not happen soon along with the shirts, you will be subjected to this repeatedly:

+1 on design B, however I think the key-ring hole will need to be moved inboard a little more. Positioned where it is might lead to breaking...

I just want you guys to know: You can go to that link and buy either one today

I'll still be working on improvements, but once it's up there, you can get it... The only 'benefit' i can offer is to buy a few of the cheaper ($10) ones together and then re-ship them to you, so you dont' have to pay the $25 minimum to the site..

Well, if you were to buy a bunch to do that I'd want the MIATATURBO one (last one posted).

OK let me get back to it tonight, i'll fix the points above (move the hole in a little, fix the O to be a turbo).. I also have a similar style bottle opener here (at work) so i'll take that home and measure it to make sure the one i'm making should also actually be functional too

No guarantees that the metal won't break.. I just want to be clear on that.. i've never worked with metal w/this company before.

If you spin the logo around the other way, you can punch out the key ring hole at the turbo inlet.

Good one Ben, This way you can even make the wording bigger.and add the O to be a 3d outlet from a turbo.

exactly. even chamfer the compressor inlet if you can. hell, since it's 3D, see if you can radius the outlet as well. that would be pimp.

you guys are scaring me.

Ben, triple88a -- the only problem i see with this suggestion is that if the keychain is designed as sunken and not raised, then the raised part of the "O" in turbo is the center, not the letter itself.. so if i cut that part out, it may look a little confusing.

I think for now i'll keep the keyring hole on the other side (i've just extended the whole thing by a few mm).

PLEASE GIVE ME A CONSENSUS: Should the "O" just be stylized like in the mt.net logo above, or should it try to more faithfully look like a relief of an actual turbo? (turbine fins inside, round housing & in/outlets vs. flat surface etc).

OK take a look at this (no idea if the turbo fine detail will print, about to upload to shapeways.)
