Saying I survived the SA summers without a/c is about like saying I survived the California summers with no a/c. It depends on location. Death Valley or El Centro, impressive. San Francisco, not so impressive.

Debunked

make note** the actual population of west palm is somewhere near 1.3 million with unincorperated areas included. So even though its much smaller, its one of the most dangerous cities in the US. Guess where all your cocaine comes through..

Meh, you like AC I like PS I guess were all pussies

The only place I would have traded my left nut for AC was the only place it was forbidden. Damned coal mines with their explosion proofing rules...grumble grumble

Does anyone get the impression we went a bit off topic?

Crime Rates Houston, Texas West Palm Beach, Florida United States
Violent Crime 6 7 3
Property Crime 7 8 3

numbers are numbers.

for getting back on topic,

Man Fing Israel in the middle east was cooler than it is here in Houston

You do realize how large the Houston metro area is and the area that surrounds the "Houston" city limits that actually pretty much still falls into Houston.

Houston=> sugarland, katy, cypress, pasadena, etc.

You have a turbo convertible. Put the ******* roof down and go faster. Otherwise buy a coupe.
It feels like a hair dyer. I'll take the NA.
I'm being serious. In two minutes you bead up with sweat. If I have to I'll drive without. But an A/c is more of a concern than a turbo on a daily driver. When we drop the top, we roll up the windows and turn the a/c on. Otherwise you stink when you stop to eat a nice dinner.

I would like to stick you in DFW rush hr trafic with the top down, sun beating you like a heat lamp, and say turn the fan on. It feels like a sweet heater.

I understand saving face and the love of a turbo. But to say we are ******. I am 5'10 190 lbs and have been in over 55 fights literally. And have won every one on one fight, some fights against two people. And that is not BS. That is being a white boy in the southern getto school.

That is what happens when you can afford a new bike and they can't. You are a target of jealousy. I've had a gun thrown in my face by one of the biggest Mexicans I ever seen, and beat him senceless. I got the blood stained shirt to prove it.

I'm not a *****. I'm a RED NECK prepy from the Arkansas/ Texas line and proud of it. Yes there is such a thing.
Our Ideal of a good time is to go out into the woods with no help for miles, a bottle of cheap wiskey, shoot inocent animals, skin them and eat them.

We don't have to depend on Walmart to supply beef and chicken to make believe nothing dies for us to eat. We are real men. And we know how to destroy the life out of something quickly to make pain minimal, gun or no gun.

We have an unterstanding of only kill to eat. Not lets shoot a bird to feel cool. We have passed laws that if some no name dick threatens you on you farm you can shoot him. And not go to jail.
You say we're crazy. You might be Right............

HAHA give me a ******* break. I made it 1 min into the video before I felt like I was losing brain cells. ******* talk is cheap, guns are for pussies, and just cause your black.....doesnt mean your tough. WTF is with ghetto *** ******* with pitbulls, ski masks, guns, and gold chains. That **** makes me raging angry... Thank god I live far enough away from the majority of it.

Thug *** ghetto bigmouths are the best ones to fight, cause they only know how to run their mouths. But after you take on 1.....you have 100 more to deal with. Pussies travel in packs and carry guns, they are about as tough as my retarded neighbor girl that picks on the neighborhood kids.

-1 for thugs

Go with the 45. The 44 mag is too fast and will tear something up. LOL

What I got from this thread so far is that while I've been gone for 4 months you still haven't installed your ******* turbo kit. Pathetic...

Homosexuality has been observed in wild animals, I don't see how they are any exception.

Todd,

Saying we are all pussies was my way of trying to diffuse the situation. So err guess that didn't work. So before this escalates. Sorry, d'int mean nothin by it.

I appreciate that yes Tx is hot and if I were there I'm probably gonna want some AC for comfort. I also think I seriously want a turbo in my life which I don't have right now and probably wont for a good long while because of gay insurance in the UK. So maybe I was a little over enthusiastic about Hustler getting his on ASAP.

So Hustler is your return line OK for clearance on AC?

Thats cool. We all just like to beat our chest and poke at each other with sticks and sharp objects. Some like to poke with other things.LOL. No one is seriously mad. Just argue back and your good. Standing your ground +1.

I've had cars here that don't have A/c. And I have friends that took their A/C off too. Taking the A/C and powersteering off can help a na miatas power. It just falls to personal preferance and what you want out of your car.

I would watch here and ebay for a used kit. I've seen greddy kits go for $450-$600.
I got a motor, transmission and a FM turbo for $850. With shipping a total of $1050.00.

You will get there like the rest of us. I'm still not turbo'ed and I've been on it since Oct 07. I hope I will be finished in a few weeks. Most everyone here starts with bandaids. We are all thrifty, cheap or broke, with a few exceptions.
Good luck with your build plans.

well, it looks like if the tap doesn't hit the AC bracket, it might interfere with the steering rack. Is that a possibility?

****.
